driver conflict?

I have a laptop with the intel 9560 inside.

it should support bt5.0 but lenovo spec page for the laptop only says bt4.2

what is going on? is this a driver limitation?

I know for sure it is not bt5 in my laptop because i am unable to connect 2 devices at the same time
