How much Java knowledge to make mc bot ??

Hi, I am wondering how much knowledge of Java I would need to be able to make pretty simple minecraft bots. Like if I open a survival server and assign it to do a certain task. (Fishing/Mining/cutting trees/hiding when its dark) Just simply doing all the hard requiring work parts. (Not doing this because I am lazy only because it would amaze me much if I was able to do it.

I am currently a newbie at java and I am learning how to handle texts and numbers. if/else and stuff like that

How much do you think it would require ?

Hey, I am new too. I looked around the forums and got this resource for minecraft bot : https://turtleappstore.com/book/

It uses a minecraft mod and Lua Programming Language. Should get you started into making bots from day 1.
