Hi guys I’m new around here just wondering if any of you beautiful people could help me out my download speed on my pc is currently running at 500-900kb/s but my phone ping tests my internet at 50-60mb/s anyone know how to fix this because it is killing me

is your PC connected via Ethernet or wifi?

Are you using the same speed test site/server for both devices?

If you're connected directly to your router, you should check the cable from your router to the internet box from your ISP. If you have already rebooted your router, try calling your ISP and see if they can reboot your modem and/or telecommunications box. If the problem persists after that, then it's the ISP's fault and their responsibility to fix.

Yeah have tried this and had the internet provider out to the house could it be my pc?

It happened at my home. I was only getting 100Mb/s while I was supposed to be getting 300Mb/s. I checked all of the cables in my house, did an internal speed test, and everything internally was right. I called my ISP, and it turned out that there was a damaged cable in between my telecommunications box and ethernet jeck in my wall. They came in, fixed it, and I was at the popper speed.
