Getting an OS installed

So I was wondering once every piece of the computer is installed and its boots and everything is gucci, how do you get an OS installed?

Plug an 8GB+ USB Stick on another PC, then get this Tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Follow the instructions and then once you're done, move that USB Stick to your PC and it should automatically boot into the Windows 10 Installation if your drives are empty

And almost same if you are gonna do Linux. Except you use Rufus and download distro's ISO from their site.
