My intent is going to be building a 3900x or 3950x with a 2080 ti (already own). I will probably go soft tubing this time around, but plan on adding dual 420mm rads in the 71 and lux 2 or dual 560's in the tower 900 (which is overkill). I am just looking for opinions on which case people prefer.

Lian-Li PC-O11 Dynamic would be my case of choice for a custom loop build. Saving mine for a custom loop project in the future when I save up enough and have some time. With the Lian-Li PC-O11D I'd just run a side 360mm rad and a 280mm rad at the top. Can swap the top for a 360mm (I believe) or/and add up to a 360mm rad at the bottom. Just feel like it has a lot of options for custom cooling, isn't a huge case so it fits nicely on a desk and it is a very pretty case.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tend to prefer bigger cases. I also like to go the 140mm rad route just because it gives much more surface area. For example a 280mm rad has about the same surface area as a 360mm. Which is a 2 fan vs 3 fan. Now once you move up to a 420mm rad (3 fan) it does more cooling than a 480mm (4 fan) rad.  So I think the 140's just make more sense. Plus you get bigger fans which move more air at lower rpms.
