Planetside 2 fps problem

So with the latest version of planetside 2 theres an problem with the fps where the framerate would be at 45 for a bit then go to 10-15 fps and then go back to 45 fps again and it keeps constantly doing that. It did not do this with the older version of this game

What are your PC specs? Check your RAM usage in-game if Windows is using page file. Also might be a good idea to check the condition of your drive (the one where the game is installed) with something that reads the SMART values.
