My bluetooth adapter doesn't work properly

I bought a cheap bluetooth dongle than doesn't work properly. When I plugged it into my computer (that has windows 10) the bluetooth icon immediately showed up, but when I try to pair a device with it, it doesn't work, either it keeps connecting forever or it shows an error message. On the devices and printers list it shows up as a bluetooth headset called "dongle", and when I go to its properties it says that the manufacturer is KOGA. I'm guessing it's something driver related, but I have no clue. Help me please!
