Monitor Has Pixel Noise on Black Screens

I assume you have no overclock on your CPU and GPU ?  Also can I assume you have done DDU ?  Monitor making that noise is not good.  All you did was change monitors... it shouldn't dot his.  I think you should talk to MSI RMA and explain to them the pixel noise on black screen and do a RMA and I hope its under warranty.  good luck
