Monitor Has Pixel Noise on Black Screens

I just got the

Optix MAG27CQ 27" 16:9 Curved 144 Hz LCD Gaming Monitor

and there appears to be something that looks like noise on black screens where random pixels are flashing. I am using a display port into an RTX 2070 also from MSI and am running at 1440p at 144hz.

To add on, after a bit, my desktop background turns black and any desktop icon I pass my mouse over restores some chunks of the background.

I assume you have no overclock on your CPU and GPU ? Also can I assume you have done DDU ? Monitor making that noise is not good. All you did was change monitors... it shouldn't dot his. I think you should talk to MSI RMA and explain to them the pixel noise on black screen and do a RMA and I hope its under warranty. good luck
