I have no clue if it's possible to fix the controller anymore. (xbox one)

Hmm, I took a look and the controller seems to be using a Freescale SCKL26Z128LL4. If one could find the firmware-file, it should be possible to flash it manually. That said, I doubt you have the tools or the expertise required, so for you it's practically impossible to fix. Someone like me, on the other hand...well, I do have the tools and the expertise; would be interesting to have a go at something like this.

Obviously, if it's still under warranty, do like @Dan Castellaneta there suggested, but otherwise, find some nerd to give it to so they can play with it. Or send it to me ?

EDIT: Nevermind, it seems there's no publicly available datasheet for the microcontroller. Darn.

I did firmware update on my controller and it got stuck at 46%. Even went to live chat with Microsoft support and they couldn't help. basically the problem is that the controller is constantly just blinking and unresponsive to any button presses.
PC doesnt recognize it as any device and i believe neither does xbox. I have no clue if it's possible to fix the controller anymore. (xbox one)

If you haven't opened it up and the controller has a warranty, try sending it in and getting it replaced. Not really something that you can do much about.

Check out my guide on how to scan cover art here!
