Need new GPU

my computer at the moment has a XFX rx 580 and at the moment, it barely can push my displays and whenever I play a game on my monitor, it blacks out every once and awhile and comes back up a few seconds later. I have a rocksoul 2k 144Hz monitor along with 2 1080p 60 Hz monitors. I hope that my issue is GPU related and not a monitor issue (I have tried 3 different displayport cables). Any reccomendations on a new GPU that could suffice my build?

I'll recommend something like a rx 5700xt.

 

Make sure that you don't have a loose connection.
