EPIC Game store

So just a quick question, not long ago i posted about buying Detroit Become Human , well pre order, but i live in South America, 

i notice they ask for a US address on check out, 

so is it only possible to purchase games from epic game store in the US, or by using a US based Card

(i have used a vpn, and the address thing doesnt change)
