the A8 is likely the better choice, but they shouldn't be too far apart in performance, there's no upgrade option on either platform that's decent either.


The A8 at least has the back up option of it's iGPU.

What dedicated GPU were you going to use?

I think the APU is going to use less power as well so it'll be easier to cool.

Just be on the look up for cheap used Ryzen CPUs going forward.
