The PC runs great when it's on now that I've updated the AMD Chipset drivers, ASUS motherboard bios, windows 10, GeForce Experience gpu drivers.

The reason the wifi is disabled, the AMD chipset drivers were out of date and there was no driver for the wifi so it caused about 50 blue screens before I could figure it out via safe mode, disable via device manager, then update. I just haven't felt the need to turn it back on since I wont be using it.

The reason the ram is underclocked is because to maintain 1:1 with FCLK @ 1800MHz.

I've tried many times to go back to 3733 or 3800 with no luck so I just leave it at 3600.

When I shut down the PC I always use the start menu and shutdown option.

Each time I power it back on it takes a few tries to get back to the screen telling me it failed to post and to hit F1 to enter bios.

I enter bios and F10 to exit, and it starts fine from there.

I had a problem similar to you aswell. What I did was downclocked my ram to 3200mhz and FCLK to 1600mhz and it posted well. Now im waiting for a new bios update which will hopefully resolve it. Maybe if you tried with 3200mhz and FCLK at 1600mhz and it worked then it might be worthwhile to wait for a bios update too. My rig ryzen 5 3600 msi b450 tomahawk and gtx 1070ti
