I guess you using a Desktop PC, then..

The maximum limit of cpu temp (or can be refered as Tjunction) is rather high than your temp (around 100c). Aside from this, usually GPU are uses are more demanding than CPU (depending on what game are you playing). So, also check your GPU temp and air circulation in your case.
