TV Interferes with WiFi

Recently I started using a TV to play games on, I noticed that the WiFi was WAY worse, but I thought that was the fault of my crappy router. today I got the router replaced but my WiFi was still as crappy, everyone else in my house is getting 20mbs+ while I cant even load speed test. I did a couple tests and found out that whenever I am hooked up to the TV the WiFi Is horrible. Is there some way my TV is interfering with my WiFi? if so how can I fix it?
