trouble loading sites on windows

For the past few weeks or so, various sites have refused to load on my PC. Chrome says "IP not found." However whenever I go to these sites on a phone or a unix based system they load. I have turned off windows defender firewall and rebooted my system. Could anyone help?

Have u tried using a different DNS?

Switching DNS does not help
