Mouse stutter

Hello,

I have an issue with my mouse stuttering.

This happens when:

A game is open in the background.

 

In the game the mouse is perfect, but when i tab out of the game my mouse is stuttering like crazy.

When i drag a window around the stuttering does away instantly.

This is likely caused by the game bogging down the low priority tasks on the system while open due to being very demanding.  When the game is the focus, you don't notice because it all works as expected.  When the game is open but you're trying to do something else, it's not a priority and will lag, until you move a window, indicating to Windows that it's now the active task and gets priority, resolving the issue.
