Setup PC and no Video Output

I just built my first pc and have everything plugged in and and lights and fans are working, but there is no video output. I tried all the video ports and nothing. the monitor works and the hdmi works. I have a 2700X (stock cooler), 2 corsair vengeance rgb 3200, asus strix rtx 2070, asus b-450 gaming f, and a H700 case (stock fans).

Might sound like BIOS doesn't want to start. If it doesn't start, there will be no output. Are there any beeps or codes that you can check?

Purify your Windows 10/11, don't give Microsoft anything that you don't want to share.
