My friend wants to know if this will work, but i don't know about AMD sockets

I am trying to persuade him not to build a PC as he is a complete idiot

Yes it will work, he could save on the PSU, get a 500W or something.

And if he really is to stupid to build a PC, then teel him to get someone to help him.

I would call idiot somebody who buys a prebuilt system or a console.

I don't call console users idiots, but people who have money to either build a PC or buy a console and they buy the console.

I'm obviously not 100% serious, wouldn't want to offend anybody running AMD systems, but I do think that with the current climate, Intel basically beats AMD for all markets. 

 

So I'm with you there :)

I like their GPUs but i just feel intel are better for CPUs
