Do any one know if there is an program I can use that will press left mouse button at a specific time, linked to computer clock.

AutoHotKey for example. If you have suitable keyboard, it might have some own software too. And if you want bit more easier configuration than what AHK gives by default, you can use another software like Pulovers Macro Creator and export script to AHK.
