ryzen+RAM+MB will it work

so where looking thro components and and what is in stock in my country and came up with this config, coudnt totaly understad if ECC ram will work. anyone have any idea?

only the ws and asrock rack has official certification for ecc, others are hit or miss

okey so computer purpose was NAS and at some extent its working, but since i needed to migrite 1C database and turn it on as server mode(2 offices connected to same network thro SOPHOS RED and all network traffic  go thro SG firewall in main office, at main office to gigabit switch it is connected) yday when migrated it that computer it was okey but today its unusable. http://prntscr.com/owi4js since purpose were file server it was ok but now its more a miss.. cpu spiking hard. database is located in disk 1 where is 2 enteprise NAS disks in raid 1. its in Latvia and budget is as cheap as passable :D, but problem isnt in budget its whats actualy on stocks
