im torn between these two lipo batteries to buy.. i obviously want the longest run time, but i also want better performance (high end RC car).. and if the loss of performance is not equal to the amount of run time gained from the less powerful battery then its not worth it for me..

battery1:           Battery2:

3s                     2s
5200mah          6000mah
60c                   100c

11.1v                 7.6v

$32.75               $33.24

so the less powerful battery has a much higher capacity and discharge rate. The more powerful battery has less..
but im stuck because is the power lost between the 2 batteries made up in the fact that the less powerful battery has a 40c higher discharge rate? I know the 2s battery would last way longer than the 3s seeing how it has a higher capacity and less volts, But which is a better battery for performance? I want maximum power possible. Duration of use isnt as important as long as its not like 5 minutes vs 40 minutes. and power isnt importanty if its like 50mph vs 52mph.. and torque is very important too, but same thing applies, if the difference is negligible then ill take the one with the higher run time..

this is why im stumped as to what im gonna be buying.. Anyone with any knowledge of RC cars and LiPo batteries, your knowledge would be much appreciated right now.

sale ends in 10 minutes

No, it's the complete reverse: 7.6V * 6Ah = 45.6Wh whereas 11.1V * 5.2Ah = 57.72Wh, ie. the 2S-battery has only about 79% capacity of the 3S-one.

EDIT: Fixed typo.

Keep in mind the Wh is only one variable. When using the same motor (load) and higher voltage, you end up with higher output power, which will reduce runtime. So the Wh translating directly into runtime only makes sense if you account for the extra power output and limit the system on 3s to the same power output it would have when running a 2s battery. So it will be more about how throttle control is set in ESC and/or tx, and also your own thottle control on trigger.
