Getting past bios

I have a new setup with a

Ryzen 7 3700x

Noctua Nh-D15

Asus prime x570-p

Evga 850 G2 Gold+ power supply. 

Asrock 5700xt

 

I can get into Bios however no matter what I do I can't get past it. Tired different drives and different different sata cables. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will answer to the best of my ability for clarification and can post pictures.
