Upgrading a prebuilt pc

Hey guys, some years ago I bought a prebuilt pc, (I know, don't kill me for my mistakes), lately I wanted to upgrade it with a budget of around 200€ and I wanted to upgrade the psu and the gpu. As I was reading these computers have problems of compatibility with most PSU and I wanted to ask u if mine had the same problem or if you know something that can fit my needs. My PC is from HP and the model is 500-345nl, it has a i5 4460s, 8gb of RAM and an R7 240. electrically it looks like an atx powersupply will work so long as the case it mounts in is also using an atx power supply
