Ive recently purchased a 4kTV which Ive plugged into my 2080ti along with two other 1080p monitors. When the TV is on everything is fine, apps scale properly when dragged onto the screen and games run well... BUT When im gaming on one of the two 1080p screens and the TV is either off or disconnected through Windows display settings, its constantly connecting momentarily and then disconnecting making windows chime that fucking USB connect/disconnect noise and stuttering my other two screens. The only way Ive found to stop this is to just unplug the HDMI cable when Im not using the TV which sucks or keep the TV on while Im using the other screens which I dont want to do for burn in reasons... and I just dont want to have the TV on a static image for hours on end. Any ideas? Should I just keep unplugging the shit every time I wanna game on the 1080p screens without random interruptions or should I take all of this garbage and shove it directly up my ass? Thank you.
