Will this fit?

I have a phanteks P300 case and am looking to install a Hyper 212 rgb black edition cooler. According to the case specifications the cooler clearance is 160mm, and the 212 is 158.8mm tall. This is seems very tight and was wondering if anyone has any experience of this setup? Is 1.2mm enough room for error? Motherboard is gigabyte b450m ds3h if that makes any difference

I used a 212 evo and a P300 in a build a while ago and it fit but it was a little tight.

The specs usually err on the side of caution so 160mm of clearance should be enough for a 160mm tall cooler if not a bit more.
