I spilled roughly half a glass water on my k95 with speed switches last night. i kept using it for a bit as it seemed to still be fine. about an hour later the q 1 and alt keys became spotty. I unplugged it and drenched it with rubbing alcohol. it has been about 18hrs since then. Everything works perfectly right now however i notice that when i press on the q key sometimes it repeats itself 3-4 times very briefly and on occasion doesnt do anything at all. I also did notice that the ertyui escape and windows keys start to flicker when i set them to purple. they wont go to purple. only shades of pink. and the blues look more green on those keys as well as caps lock tab and shift and this thing ~. The tab key looks dim as well. Will this possibly fix itself if it is dried out longer. I cant really take apart the keyboard as it's adhered together.

Oh man you shanked it good.  I would place it outside and let the sun dry things up and if still the Q key gives issues then your sorta out of luck IMO ..I wonder if RMA covers water spillage, because they will know Im sure.

Sorry it’s been a while. I have noticed that if I drench the non working keys in rubbing alcohol they work perfect for a few hours. I will try to rma it. I’ve already tried rmaing an m65 mouse. Customer service keeps telling me to go online to their rma service that does not work. They tell me to send images and when I do they  keep telling me I need to send them. Not sure what to do. I will try to get them to do the complete process over the phone. It’s sucks because I love Corsair products and never had any issues in the past. But I’ve been trying to rma my mouse for 2 months.

I had an experience like that once. I spilled half a glass of water into a Razer Blackwidow keyboard. I unplugged it and poured the water out. But, instead of using it, I leaned it against a box fan and went to bed. The next day I tested all the keys and they all worked fine. I used it for about 4 or 5 months until I upgraded. I wound up giving that old one to a friend last year. I think he's still using it.

That sucks about Corsair's support. I used to own a case from them and I scratched the acrylic side panel. I ordered a new one from them and they sent it in the thinnest of cardboard boxes with only a thin sheet of bubble wrap protecting it. Not only was the panel bent, the acrylic was scratched. I emailed them and they RMA'd it pretty quickly. The new one was sent in the exact packaging and was also bent. I emailed them again and they sent a new one, same packaging, also bent. I gave up after the 4th one they sent; all came to me bent. I figured it would be faster to take one of the acrylic pieces off one of the bent ones and swap it with the scratched one in my original panel.
