any idea why full scan always stop scanning when i do other stuff,and resume only when i'm on the scanning page?

I don't have same software, but go see what settings are. Scans take up quite a bit of resources. So there might be setting ticked that says something like "only run when system is not used". Why it relates system usage to window being focused isn't clear, and I would report it as bug etc. to support.

oh thanks...i think it's the gaming  mode thing..it says: in this mode, scan task and update tasks are not run and notifications are not shown when you play game or use applications in full-screen mode. i was just watching youtube or playing wow or both in full-screen so shouldn't be resource problem...xD

Ok, that sounds about right. As I don't use automated scans, I have those kinds of things disabled and have full scan running while I'm afk.
