What fan and why are you looking at this fan in particular?

the fan is a Cryorig QF140 Performance 140mm and I'm just looking for case fans since ht ecase that I have only has one 120mm fan included. My case can fit 2 140mm fans so having 2 fans that can push 128 cfm would be great and the fan is also cheap.

What case are you using? If you're just looking for functional fans, they're not a bad choice as long as you can lower the speeds from your motherboard with pwm. Otherwise, it might be too noisy if you care about acoustics.

I'm using an Aerocool cylon (can fit either 2 140mm fans or 3 120mm fans in the front panel)

They seem like a good option since it doesn't look like there's anything better for the price.
