Slow internet help!

For some reason all of a sudden my internet is really slow... anyone know why?3273846464.png

Are you wired or wireless?

Wired and it is all devices in our house. Roku, all computers

For once a person has slower internet than me. 

Call up you ISP ask for a better connection, I'm sure your entitled to faster net.

Your ping is insanely high, are you in a rural or urban area?

We are currently doing that so it should be fixed if they can fix it

We are currently doing that so it should be fixed if they can fix it

I'm pretty sure they will be able to, if not than they might give you a better plan as that seems to be the case if they can't.

Are your neighbours having the same problem?

A low ping is good right? And I'm not sure if they are, my neighbors are all old.

yea. (my ping is 30ish usually) your ping shouldnt be that high,that's way too high. Check your phones/phone lines, you may have something thats going to ground. (i had that problem with an old phoneline when we were remodelling a room) Has your ISP rectified the problem as yet?
