Current build is dying and is 6 years old so upgrading... Would appreciate input :)

Do these parts  (imgur link) work together and are they a good price? They're open box which slightly worried me but microcenter is a reputable seller sooo....  Any other recommendations? The below would be the build based on some of the stuff I currently have. Would my current cooler still work?

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

They work together, although the RAM price seems high.

Basically. And I only really need 32gb for editing video in premiere and after effects.

Ok. Premiere does favor CPU clock so you might be better off with Intel on this one.
