New Server Build

Hey guys, I'm planning to build a server for hosting game servers, BitTorrent Sync, and Plex. I've been messing around in PCpartPicker but I wanted to see what you guys think. I've listed some guidelines.

 

Game servers (only for friends, so 5-10 people only)

 

  -Half-Life: Deathmatch Source

  -Minecraft

  -Counter-Strike: Source

 

Requirements/Guidelines

 

  -I'm on no specific budget but keep price as low as possible.

 

  -Small

    -mATX or ATX (Need some PCIe slots, so mITX won't do)

    -Can be slim, but doesn't have to be.

 

  -Quiet

    -Pick parts with loudness in mind, It's going to be in my room and I don't want to hear it.

 

  -Efficient

    -It will be running 24/7, so I don't want it to use too much power.

 

  -Preferably two 1TB HDDs in RAID 1

budget?

Have you considered AMD's APU's? Might get the job done. Then again I don't know how it would perform in this kind of scenario. I'm not an expert or anything.

As i said, no specific budget, but 500-700 dollars, up to $1000ish if necessary. As cheap as possible pretty much.
