I want a little advice about my system. I have chosen the following parts and as you can see I haven't chosen a case neither the cooling system. The reason is that I want to make it as silent and as cool as I can.

As for the budget, I'd like to spend something between 100-150 and for the cooling system I'd like to spend maximum 60% of the case's budget.

Do you have any suggestions for a silent PC case and cooling system?

The Meshify isn't actually so great as it lacks the sound dampening on the side panels that the Define C has.

Also 200$ for 16GB RAM is just stupid

I'm not from USA and that ram (the one I chose) is about 100 euros and as for the case I'd like to know your opinion on the ones that be quiet! offers vs the one that you suggested.

For high performance quiet cooling your options are either a Dark Rock Pro 4 or Noctua NH-D15.

Also if you want quiet get a triple slot triple fan GPU. You can get the quietest CPU cooler in the world but it won't make a bit of difference if your GPU is revving away like an engine.

I see, I couldn't tell where you'Re from since your post doesn't follow the suggested guidelines:

I have no experience with be quiet! cases, but I like my Define C very much. The only thing that's "bad" about it is if you have a non-modular PSU, the cables are kinda hard to stuff away, and you won't be putting a ton of hard drives in it.

In the top right corner you can change the location PCPartPicker is set to. For EU Germany is generally the one where prices are closest to real life.

I will have that in mind, because before, I was between RTX 2080 ti windforce and the one that I showed you. Either way, thank you for your advice

I'm sorry for the confusion, I am going for the one that is full modular. Specifically, I'm going for "EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G1+"
