As long as it's under warranty it's possibly a good deal. The main benefit over the similarly performing 1660Ti is the bigger amount of VRAM.

The 2060 is faster iirc, which makes sense as the 2060 MSRP wasn't that far off the 1070Ti.

RTX on the 2060 is useless though. Unless you're okay with 720p to stay over 60 fps.
