Scratched VR Lens

So pretty simple question, recently I accidentally scratched a lens on my rift s with my glasses because I didn't think that there would be an issue. But anyways, it was, and it scratched it, just askin if anyone knew a good way to remedy the issue. I seen some people say that a curtain watch face glass cleaner (forgot the name) works but idk. Thanks in advance for any info.
