Boot problems

Hello all,

I've recently been experiencing weird startup behaviour on my computer. When powered on, mobo leds, case and component fans turn on but no power is sent to usb components. The computer does not get to the boot logo and remains stuck there. However, once I remove one stick of ram, it boots into the BIOS cleared screen and then enters normally into win10. I can then power it down and reinstall the original stick of ram and it would continue working. Could anyone provide further insight as to what is playing up? Is it the cpu, ram or mobo that is starting to fail?

i'd say you found it already and the ram is an issue

I just ran the windows mem diagnostic tool and it showed no errors though... is it still a mem problem?
