2 Monitors, Second monitor acting like main monitor? Help!

Hey, So I just reset my computer. and for some reason, my top "Second monitor" is acting like its my main one? 

Its showing up all my icons on it, and same with the task bar. I have gone in the display settings but it's still not bringing the taskbar back to my main bottom monitor?

But if you look at this photo, the top Second monitor has my task bar in it?  I would like the taskbar to be at the bottom "With the task thing in the bottom right"
