Mother Board issue! Computer Doesn't post

Hi All,

 

When I tried to turn on computer it falls into bootloop.

 

Mother board: H87M D3H

Proccessor: i5 4440

SMPS: Crosair TX750

RAM: Crosair Vengenace 8GB+4GB

 

Boot loop occurs once computer turned on

1) 5 sec after the computer reboots

2) then it will beep and I will get a post with Gigabyte UEFI DualBios with blue screen background.

3) then it wil reboot starting from step 1.

 

Observations:

1) Only first ram slot from CPU works

2) Doesn't post when HDMI connected to motherboard but it posts to step 2 in bootloop when connected to graphics card

3) When tried shorting the Pin 1 and 6 the motherboard powers on with bootloop but doesnt display anything even with graphics card connected.

4) Backup Bios doesn't trigger even after forcing it manually by shorting 1 and 6 pn of bios chip

 

tried:

1) cleaned but computer

2) applied new thermal paste

3) tried with new components ( RAM. Graphics, SMPS)

4) CMOS reset hasn't worked.
