Sure thing. Is it because you don't know what individual settings do?

Breakdown:

High pass filter

This will reduce low frequencies to minimize AC noise, plosives (when you say 'b' and 'p' sounds), and more low frequency content that isn't needed for voice.

Noise reduction:

This is likely their own cheap algorithm to reduce ambient noise.

Expander/Gate:

The expansion part makes what is let through the gate louder.

A gate will let through things at a certain loudness, and cut out other sounds in the background that you don't want.

EQ:

Even if it only has three bands, this is an important tool. It depends how low/high your voice is, adjust accordingly.

De-esser:

This is like a compressor, but only for high frequencies. This exists so harsh 's' and 'z' sounds are not so nasty-sounding.

Compressor:

this will reduce the 'volume' of loud sounds and boost the 'volume' of quieter sounds. This way your voice will sound more or less the same no matter your own volume. If you lose at a game and start shouting, you don't want to blow your opponents ears off.... we'll as much as you might want to haha

Limiter:

Like a compressor, but much harsher cut-off on loud sounds. Go easy on this.

----

Bottom line, try with everything bypassed. Then try the settings below as a starting point. Talk at a normal voice and then test it, adjust the settings and then never change them.

Important:

You don't need ALL these effects on to sound good. Start with one and see what that does to your voice and THEN determine if you need this.

Also important.

Train yourself to talk louder like singers do. The best way to improve your sound is to have better technique. This is the same with recording music, you have to get it right at the source, and then fine tweak using tools.
