Hi all!

So I built a new desk that is 32" high. I'm shopping for a comfortable "gaming"/office chair that will be of a height such that I can type comfortably on the said desk. The only chairs I have found that do so are the Maxnomic extra large size ones, but those are $570 which seems a little absurd. Any better suggestions or do I just have to bite the bullet?

I'm pretty happy with my Secretlab Titan and everyone I know who has one loves theirs, I got tired of the office store chairs constantly breaking and after all of my warranties extended or manufacturer ended. I figured $400 really wasn't that bad for a chair that shouldn't break upto multiple times a year within it's 5 year warranty for the first time in like 15 years. They disclose pretty much all the dimensions, specifications and recommendations for their different chairs so you should be able to get a rough idea on if it might work for you. One of my big requirements in a chair which is can be pretty difficult was that I can't stand leather chairs and wanted fabric, the Softweave is pretty nice.

I bought a Secretlab Omega, and although I could see the appeal for the chair, it didn't have the right ergonomics for someone with serious back problems like me. I sold it and got a used Steelcase Leap V2 instead. My advice to every single individual looking for racing gaming chair is to not buy it. You body needs to sit proper, especially if sitting for long hours. Take a look at Steelcase Gesture, Steelcase Leap V2, and Herman Miller Aeron. You can get all of them at much cheaper than you would at the official website.
