Weird Text displaying

I tested my old motherboard to check if its running or not to sell it and tried OS runs or not. But it showed an error like ans10.sys (I don't remember exact error name). I tried putting the ssd back on my current system and booted it and its the same error. I tried startup repair, after couple of minutes it started to restart on its own and no windows logo, black screen and again restart. I used flash drive to install windows and got weird text which is shown in the image.

Tried every normal fixes like checking 1 ram at a time. Using eraser to clean ram etc etc. 

Mobo: asus h61mk
