more issues with plex

So i fixed my previous issue with plex just not working sometimes by switching the server to my pc but now i have another problem.  I just downloaded a tv show and only the last 5 episodes are showing up in plex.  They are all in the same folder and named by each episode number.  When i add tv shows in the past to plex they worked just fine but with this one in particular i cant get it to work.  any ideas?

Current Rig=  AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, Asus Crosshair Hero VIII, EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 ultra, 32gb Corsair Vengence Pro RGB 3000hz White, EVGA 750 P2 PSU, 1TB Samsung 980 Pro, 500gb samsung 860 evo, 250GB Samsung 850 evo, 2TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus, 2TB seagate firecuda sshd,  LianLi PC 011 Dynamic XL ROG edition, Corsair h150i elite capelix

Could do with a few things:

 

What file format is it? Plex seems to be picky with what it will accept.

 

Have you labeled it correctly?

 

Have you tried to update your library and refresh it a few times?

They are mkv files just like everything I have for the server.  I haven't changed the name of the files.  They are labeled as the name of the show and the episode number.  What should I change it to?  Also yes I have tried to refresh it multiple times

The way I've organized mine has always worked, I do:

 

TV > Show Name > Season > Number the episodes

 

So if I was labeling something like "Spongebob Season 2 Episode 6" it would look like:

 

TV > Spongebob Squarepants > Season 2 > 6
