So I've been troubleshooting my brothers pc for awhile here. He tried updating some drivers and in the process I believe he either managed to delete or corrupt some files since it wouldn't let him boot into the OS and only into boot menu after some time he decided to just wipe the whole drive and try reinstalling windows. He said the process went normal until it finished where it would get to the windows logo and then reboot. Now I can't even get into the boot menu or anything and the pc wont stop even after disconnecting all power to it. Would love some ideas, tips, and help (I'd prefer not having to remove the harddrive and repairing it from another pc if possible since installing windows is a huge pain in the butt to do for some reason on this system)
