Display doesn't recognize my computer as Source

Hey guys,

 

somehow I can not get this monitor running. I connected it via DVI port. I tried to recognize it in Windows but all I get is "There are no other displays".

Can someone tell me how to use this as a secondary monitor?

My other one is connected via DP.

 

I tried it out with VGA now too and it didn't work,
