Hello, this is my first post on here and I made a big oof. When putting my amd system together I had trouble mounting my wraith prism cooler and the mount was not the best (lots of lifting and reseating which I’m sure didn’t help) temps were okay but I thought , I have some noctua nt-h1 sitting around, let’s repaste this bad boy (big oof incoming). I take off the wraith cooler  and thermal paste is EVERYWHERE (stock paste) and I immediately clean off the excess buts it’s all over the sides of the cpu, concerned it would seep Into the socket, I removed the cpu to thoroughly clean it and I got a Little paste in the cpu socket and on the outer edge of cpu pins.I tried to wipe the excess with isopropyl alcohol and I used a tiny pick to try to lightly scrape out the excess, no more was coming out but I could still see some in there and I decided it was good enough, threw the cpu in and everything runs and temps are better than before. Would have something bad happened immediately or can a short happen at any moment? Should I still be concerned considering it’s working ? Anyone with some insight would be greatly appreciated.
