Connectivity issues on my PC

Hi,

I'm having two main issues with my PC. The first one is that my headphones stop working after a few days without turning my computer off. I only put it in sleep mode at night but at some point, while my headphones are recognized, I can't get any sound out of them until I reboot the computer. Actually I do hear some kind of click before rebooting but definitely no real audio, although everything woks fine through HDMI.

The other issue is on the USB ports. I have quite a few devices connected, including my mouse and keyboard, but also two USB 3.0 extension cables, and a USB 2.0 extension cable on which I plugged a USB hub. I also have a USB to micro USB cable and a WiFi dongle. Now the problem is that I can't make all of them work at once. Sometimes avoiding to use two consecutive ports helps but other times using both a front and a back panel port makes one of them stop working. It's kinda random and tricky to reproduce, but I can say for sure that plugging in the WiFi dongle and an Xbox controller on the two front USB ports makes one of them stop working. Plugging a USB 3.0 stick and a USB 2.0 WiFi dongle on two consecutive back USB 3.0 ports also causes of device to stop working. Now I don't know if that's one device in particular that's causing the issue or if it's the motherboard itself. Again it's kind of random so I'm not sure how to reproduce the issue and just improvize a fix when it occurs.

The motherboard is a MSI Tomahawk B450. Please note that I accidentally bent two of the pins of the USB 3.0 internal connector when building the PC so I'm not using my front USB 3.0 port. Could this be the cause of these issues?
