Would it be possible to create a Raspberry Pi 4 Handheld Gaming System?

Sure, it has been done with a pi zero before by a bunch of people so a pi 4 is perfectly possible.

Only thing is that you need more power so bigger battery (or less battery life) and it's bigger than a pi zero so physical  size is also a challenge.

But im looking for it to have about a 6.5'' screenin kind of a psp shape so i think that's possible with a 6000mah battery for about 2-3 hours in Minecraft bedrock on Android

yeeaa android is unlikely to happen.

Like, it can run it, but afaik it runs like ass so I doubt gaming is going to be an option.

If you want to game, go the retropi route so if i were you i would explore that route first before building.

Can you emulate Minecraft on retropie?

There is a version of Minecraft that runs natively on pi, but iirc its based on mobile...

I will only ever answer to the best of my ability - there is absolutely no promises that I will be correct. Or helpful. At all.
