Gaming/Streaming PC Setup

Greetings!

 

As I have finally decided to move to Sydney, Australia ( 2010, AUD $)  with a budget 1500-2200$AUD,

Looking for something that would not only be reliable, but also expandable and user friendly for the future.

Preferably:

I am really open to any ideas, experience as I have been using pre-built gaming laptop for a while.

Lets say the only thing would be 1080p60 streaming, some video recording/editing (not really heavy, more oriented to gaming purpose)

 

For starters I am happy with one monitor, but that might change overtime, as 2nd monitor might be a good investment in the future (no s*** Sherlock..)

About gaming : Focus on mainly Battle-royale (except Fortnite) so PUBG, Apex legends, now even new COD Mw add there Rocket league and maybe even Counter-Strike 

for some extra entertainment

I already own ( HyperX Cloud Alpha Gaming Headset - Red, HyperX Cloud Alpha Headset )

I am happy to buy a better mic, as for streaming it might not be the best option to use the headset one...

 

Other than that  : Any tips for cases? Any good bad experience? Or Is the new NZXT H700i ( NZXT H700i Case) 

Maybe one last condition - water cooling?!
