Security Camera Hunt

I am planning on doing some networking in house, and have decided to add some security cameras as well. I would like some suggestions, as I have no experience in this area. Here is what I am looking for:

 

- A software for managing the cameras

- PoE camera with at least 20m night vision, 1080x1920 resolution, at least 30fps

 

It would be also be nice for some zoom, audio recording, and some motion detection (through software). I am willing to spend around $100 per Camera.

Sony has some pretty advanced management software for security cameras, and obviously some really good cameras. They do have PoE ones.

Thanks, I'm watching some of his videos now, and think I've found a camera.
