Hyphen key is alt-tabbing?

Hey all,

 

So I've googled this issue and have found absolutely nothing that helps... 

 

The hyphen (-) key on my keyboard performs the alt-tab function! Shift-hyphen still produces the underscore (_). I've tried reinstalling drivers by uninstalling all keyboard drivers in device manager and restarting my PC. That fixed the issue, but after a while it started happening again. Does anyone know what could possibly be causing this? A scan with Malwarebytes did not turn up anything, and there's nothing weird connected to my PC (so I know I'm not being pranked like Taran).
